Glossary
Human in the loop
A design where a person reviews or approves machine output before it takes effect.
It is worth separating a hold from a check. A check is a rule that evaluates the output. A hold is a person being asked to look. Holds degrade fast: reviewers approve in batches, and a queue that is always approved is a delay rather than a control.
The right question is not whether a human is in the loop but what happens on the day they are not.
What GTM does about it
One preview before the motion starts, then automatic sending in Autopilot, with approval available in Supervised mode. Supervised campaigns exist as a per-campaign override for the cases that need one. The gate is the check, and it is not a person.

Describe the company, confirm the keywords, connect a channel. The agents take it from there, and Supervised mode is available when you want to review before sending.
Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
