One period toggle, one sentence about the month

Four boxed numbers read as four widgets. A strip reads as one sentence about the screen below it. Insights is the single retrospective surface. Sourced, contacted, replied, booked, plus which signals found them and which step is losing people. All against one period control.

GTM QA: step 4 is losing people. Sent to GTM Copy for a rewrite.

What is actually going on

Every claim below is followed by the mechanism under it, because a claim without a mechanism is a slide.

01

Reply rate per step, measured by the agent that cannot fix it

The quality agent names the failing step hourly. The copy agent rewrites it six-hourly. Separating them is what leaves somebody able to say what was wrong.

02

The gate's accept rate is telemetry you can tune against

Per-candidate decisions with headline and reasons, no names. Your own disqualifications feed the same number.

03

Cost is measured, never derived from price

A credit is what you are billed. It is not a unit of vendor cost, and there is no constant converting one to the other, because a report that restates the price list agrees with itself however wrong it is.

04

Every run is a row

Each cron pass opens and closes a routine run with an idempotency key, and every agent-executing job records per-unit work. Every role has run telemetry, not just the one that sends.

Step by step

How insights runs

  1. 1

    Funnel

Sourced, contacted, replied, booked. One period.

  2. 2

    Sources

Which signals and which searches produced the contacts.

  3. 3

    Steps

Reply rate per step, so the weak one is visible rather than inferred.

  4. 4

    Spend

Credits by action, with the measured vendor cost beside them where it is known.

The numbers

Facts, not adjectives

Every figure here is a real value from the running product. A cadence from the scheduler, a price from the credit table, a limit from the ramp. A marketing page that invents a limit is a support ticket with a delay on it.

Insights, honestly

Why does a vendor show as unknown rather than free?

Because a vendor we have not measured is not a vendor that costs nothing, and a zero in that cell is the same lie in a smaller font.

Do I get warned before I run out of credits?

Yes. An incident at the policy's warn percentage, default 80, and a hard stop at zero, with a notification either way.

Insights is one part of it. The rest runs too.

Sourcing, enrichment, intent, copy, sending, replies and reporting are one product with one bill and one gate. Connect a channel and the whole motion starts.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
