The point of all of it is a call on your calendar

Connect Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com and that is what the outbound agent books against. The booked transition is an event: a contact record and a note reach your CRM, a message reaches Slack, and the funnel on the insights screen moves.

What is actually going on

Every claim below is followed by the mechanism under it, because a claim without a mechanism is a slide.

01

Booking is a connection, verified like every other

Saving calls the vendor and refuses on failure, leaving the previous row untouched. The vendor's own answer supplies the label on the card.

02

The booked event fans out best-effort but never silently

A CRM being unreachable marks that connector degraded with the vendor's reason on the card. It does not fail the poller, because that poller is also the path that stops sequences for people who already answered.

03

It is the metric the whole motion is measured on

Sourced, contacted, replied, booked. The insights screen keys every count to one period toggle so the funnel is one sentence rather than four widgets.

04

Meetings are a heat event too

A booked call is the strongest evidence there is, and the contact is treated accordingly for anything that follows.

Step by step

How booked meetings runs

  1. 1

    Connect

Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com, verified on save.

  2. 2

    Propose

The reply draft offers the call, in the thread, in your voice.

  3. 3

    Book

The meeting lands on your calendar.

  4. 4

    Announce

CRM record and note, Slack message, webhook. Signed, retried.

The numbers

Facts, not adjectives

Every figure here is a real value from the running product. A cadence from the scheduler, a price from the credit table, a limit from the ramp. A marketing page that invents a limit is a support ticket with a delay on it.

Booked meetings, honestly

Can an assistant book on my behalf over MCP?

It can announce a booked meeting, which is a write tool under your own permissions. It cannot send a message to a prospect. Nothing in any belt can.

What if my CRM is down when a meeting books?

The event is queued and retried with backoff until it lands or exhausts the policy. It is never dropped on the floor.

Booked meetings is one part of it. The rest runs too.

Sourcing, enrichment, intent, copy, sending, replies and reporting are one product with one bill and one gate. Connect a channel and the whole motion starts.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
