Build the team that builds the team
GTM puts five specialists and a coordinator to work for every customer. We are hiring the people who make that safe, sharp and worth paying for. 13 openings across engineering, AI, security, marketing and legal.
- 13
- Open positions
- Remote
- With deep overlap, not none
- Week 1
- Your first change in front of customers
How we work
Four habits, and the third one is the load-bearing one
Everything worth knowing is written down
The codebase is documented in prose, decisions carry the argument that produced them, and a change that contradicts a written one has to say so. It is the reason a new person is useful in a week rather than a month.
You ship to customers, not to a staging queue
Small reviewable diffs, honest review, and your work in front of people fast. There is no separate release train to wait for.
We write the unflattering version
The site says LinkedIn will restrict your account, that we are not SOC 2 certified, and that our own cost reporting was wrong by fifty times. That habit starts internally and it is not optional.
A small team that answers support
Everybody here reads customer email. It is the fastest way to find out that the thing you shipped is not the thing they needed.
Open roles
13 openings, and every one is written honestly
Engineering
Senior Software Engineer
Own large pieces of the product across a TypeScript monorepo: Next.js App Router, Postgres with row-level security, and a runtime of scheduled agent jobs.
Junior Software Engineer
Ship real product from week one in a TypeScript monorepo, with senior review on every merge and a codebase written to be read.
AI
Senior AI Engineer
Own the model layer: the agent loop, the ICP gate, tool-calling belts, and the evals that keep a model between a prompt and a person honest.
Junior AI Engineer
Work on real agent systems. Prompts, tools, evals. Under a senior AI engineer, in a product where model output has consequences.
Executive
Chief Marketing Officer
Own the story and the pipeline for a GTM company. Where the marketing is the first proof the product works.
Chief Legal Officer
Own the legal posture of a company that chose to be a data controller on purpose. Privacy, channel terms, commercial contracts, and the entity itself.
None of these quite you? Write to support@trygtm.com with what you would want to work on. A small team has room for a good argument.
Read the roadmap before you decide
It says what we are building next and what we have refused to build. Arriving with an opinion about that list is the best interview prep there is.
Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
