Senior AI Engineer
Own how our AI works: how it thinks, which tools it can use, and the tests that keep it honest.
About the role
AI decides who becomes a contact, what gets written, and what gets flagged. Only one part of GTM is allowed to send, and anything the AI writes passes a safety check first. You will own how the AI is guided, what tools it gets, how we test it, and what limits it has.
GTM can use AI models from different companies. The list of tools each model may use is set in code, not just asked for in a prompt.
You will
- Design and track how the AI plans, which tools it can use, and when it must ask first.
- Own the AI choices that must be exactly right, like deciding who fits a customer's buyers.
- Build tests from real conversations, so every prompt change is measured.
- Lower what the AI costs without making it worse.
You have
- Built AI features that real people use, not just demos.
- Strong views on AI tool use, structured answers, and where prompts break.
- The coding skills to own the code around the AI, in TypeScript.
- A habit of measuring before and after every change.
