This Cookie Policy explains how J&T Solutions Inc., doing business as GTM ("GTM", "we"), uses cookies and similar technologies on trygtm.com, app.trygtm.com, docs.trygtm.com, status.trygtm.com and related sites (the "Sites"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage. They let a site remember information about your visit. In this Policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another company. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
2. How we use cookies
Strictly necessary. These cookies make the Sites work. They keep you signed in to app.trygtm.com, protect your session and support security features. You can block them in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.
Preferences and performance. In the app, we use browser storage on your device to remember choices, such as a collapsed navigation panel, and to keep temporary copies of data so pages load faster.
Referrals. If you arrive at GTM through a partner link, we store the partner's referral code so we can credit the partner if your organization signs up.
Visitor identification. On trygtm.com, we use Datamoon, a visitor identification service, to learn which people and companies visit so we can follow up with them. Datamoon's script loads a script from LiveIntent, which may use its own cookies and identity data to match your browser to a hashed (MD5) email address. Datamoon then receives that hash with the pages you viewed, the site that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link and, if you arrived from a Facebook ad, its click identifier. We do not use it on app.trygtm.com, docs.trygtm.com or status.trygtm.com. Section 4 explains how to opt out.
Advertising. We do not use advertising cookies on the Sites.
Third parties. Some pages may send you to or embed services run by others, such as our payment provider's checkout or a scheduling page. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Everything else in this Section is first-party. The Sites also rely on our hosting provider to deliver pages securely, which may involve technical cookies needed for security and performance.
4. Your choices
Apart from visitor identification on trygtm.com, we use only cookies that are needed to run the Sites or to provide features you use. We do not show a cookie banner.
You can opt out of visitor identification in two ways. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, trygtm.com does not load Datamoon's script at all. You can also email support@trygtm.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share", as our Privacy Policy describes. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser also stops LiveIntent's cookies.
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and site data through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
Our Sites do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for them.
5. Updates
We will update this Policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
