Support

Talk to a person who wrote the code

Questions, bugs, billing, partnerships, press. Use the form or email support@trygtm.com . They are the same inbox.

A person answers

Support lands in a real inbox and the reply comes from one. No deflection maze, no ticket portal to create an account for, and no first-line tier that escalates your question back to the same people.

Bugs get a build number

The version on Settings, then Account, tells us exactly which build you saw. Include it and you have saved a round trip. It is the single most useful thing in a bug report.

The fast answers are already written

Channel limits, credits, LinkedIn risk and compliance are answered in the first sentence on the FAQ, and the assistant in the corner has read the whole site.

Write to us

Goes straight to support@trygtm.com. Replying to our answer keeps the thread.

Most questions are already answered

And the answers include the unflattering ones. The LinkedIn risk, the SOC 2 status and the EU position are all on the FAQ rather than in a policy nobody opens.

Everything above, running on your list

Describe the company, confirm the keywords, connect a channel. The agents take it from there, and Supervised mode is available when you want to review before sending.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
