Senior Software Engineer
Own large pieces of the product across a TypeScript monorepo: Next.js App Router, Postgres with row-level security, and a runtime of scheduled agent jobs.
About the role
TryGTM is a GTM agentic platform. Agents source buyers, write to them, handle the replies, and book the call. Through the customer's own connected accounts, behind a compliance gate that nothing routes around.
The codebase is a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo: Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, Tailwind v4, Postgres with row-level security on every table, and a cron runtime that walks the outbound motion every minute.
You will
- Ship product surfaces end to end: schema, RLS policies, server actions, and the screen.
- Work on the agent runtime. The scheduled jobs that source, queue, gate, and send.
- Harden the seams that spend money or reach a person: idempotent billing, the pre-send gate, vendor adapters.
- Review code and raise the bar on a small team where every merge deploys.
You have
- 5+ years building production web software, with deep TypeScript.
- Real experience operating something in production. Queues, crons, webhooks, retries.
- Comfort with SQL and with owning the data model, not just consuming it.
- Judgement about what not to build.
