Junior Software Engineer

Build real features from your first week, with a senior engineer checking every change.

About the role

This job is for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility fast. Our code has clear notes about how things work, why, and what went wrong before. Every change is reviewed before it goes live.

You will work on every part of GTM: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Postgres, and the background jobs that run our outreach.

You will

  • Build features with a senior engineer reviewing your work.
  • Fix real problems in real screens, like the inbox, campaigns and senders.
  • Write tests and learn why the tricky parts are built the way they are.
  • Grow fast, because you get feedback in days, not months.

You have

  • Good basics in TypeScript or JavaScript, and at least one real project you can walk us through.
  • Curiosity about how live systems really work.
  • The ability to take feedback calmly and give it clearly.
