Junior Software Engineer
Ship real product from week one in a TypeScript monorepo, with senior review on every merge and a codebase written to be read.
About the role
This is a role for someone early who wants ownership sooner than a big company would give it. The codebase is documented aggressively. The conventions, the reasons, and the mistakes are written down, and every change ships behind review.
You will touch the whole stack: Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, Tailwind v4, Postgres, and the scheduled runtime that walks the outbound motion.
You will
- Ship scoped features across the product with a senior engineer reviewing your work.
- Fix real bugs in real surfaces. The inbox, the approval queue, the agents screen.
- Write tests where the logic is pure and learn why the impure parts are shaped the way they are.
- Grow fast because the feedback loop is days, not quarters.
You have
- Solid fundamentals in TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one real project you can walk through.
- Curiosity about how production systems actually behave.
- The ability to take review without flinching and give it without hedging.
