FAQ
Straight answers, in the first sentence
Everything worth knowing before you pay, including the answers that are not flattering. The LinkedIn risk, the SOC 2 status and the EU position are all on this page rather than buried in a policy.
Section 01
What GTM is
What does GTM actually do?
It runs an outbound motion end to end: sources the list, enriches it, scores who is warm, writes each message from the evidence that made them warm, sends through your own sending domains and LinkedIn account, handles the reply, and works toward a booked call. Five specialists and a coordinator do it, on a one-minute execution clock, after one preview of your ICP and your first three messages.
Is this a sequencer with AI copy on top?
No. A sequencer does not source the list, does not decide who is worth contacting today, does not handle the replies and does not book the call. If all you need is to send a sequence you already wrote to a list you already have, cheaper tools exist and you should use one. We say which on the comparison pages.
Who is it for?
Three buyers. Founders doing their own outbound. Agencies running it for several clients, where each client gets a genuinely isolated workspace. And sales teams that want reps in conversations rather than in a list-building spreadsheet.
How fast can I be live?
Start with a sales conversation and agree your onboarding scope and usage funding. After activation, describe the company, confirm your ICP and keywords, and configure a channel. Email requires DNS verification and a sender; LinkedIn has an account ramp. Setup time depends on those steps.
What is it not?
It is not a CRM, and it writes into yours rather than replacing it. It is not a dialer. Phone is a closed channel. It is not a managed service; there is no team of humans sending on your behalf behind the product.
Section 02
Channels and sending
Which channels does it send on?
Email and LinkedIn. Email runs on sending domains you attach. A subdomain, DNS records you publish, verified against the vendor, and LinkedIn runs through your own connected account. SMS is the named next channel and is not open. Instagram, phone and paid ads are out.
Can I connect my Gmail or Outlook mailbox?
No, and that is deliberate rather than a gap. Email runs entirely on attached sending domains, which is what lets cold volume spend a dedicated subdomain's reputation instead of the domain your invoices and password resets come from.
Can I send on LinkedIn on day one?
Only at the pace a new account can survive. The realistic ceiling is roughly 20 to 25 connection requests a day for a warmed account and five to ten for one under thirty days old. The ramp is enforced by default. Five a day in week one, ten to day thirty, twenty to day sixty, and it is a switch you can turn off per connection.
Whose deliverability is it?
Yours. Mail leaves from a domain you own and verified, so the reputation you build is yours and so is the damage a bad list does. That is why the ICP gate, the pacing and the automatic ramp re-anchoring on a bounce spike exist.
Does it do warmup?
Yes, and honestly. Warmup-enabled senders exchange AI-written mundane traffic between your own domains under the same ramp ceiling. Real sends, metered, logged, never shown in your inbox. What it cannot do is build reputation at Gmail or Outlook, because that is earned by mail landing in inboxes there and a domain-only stack cannot fake it.
Section 03
Data and sourcing
Do I need to bring a list?
No. Two sources run: a licensed prospect corpus resolved against your ICP daily, and your own LinkedIn account searching from signals every minute. You can import a CSV if you have one. It will not run the ICP gate, because your own list is your own judgement.
Where does the contact data come from?
A licensed prospect corpus for the cold half, and your own LinkedIn account's search results for the warm half. Every record carries where it came from, how it was collected and when. Queryable per contact, because that is what makes a deletion request answerable.
What if a lead has no email?
They do not become a contact. Both paths reveal before the write, and only people the corpus answered for with an address are imported. A miss is counted and reported on the run, and retried next time the sweep sees them.
How does it decide who is worth contacting today?
Intent heat, one to five, on every contact. It only moves on something observed: a reply, a keyword match in the last 72 hours, a reaction to a matching post, or fourteen days of silence pulling it back down. The queue takes contacts at four and above, so what is in flight is people who are warm now rather than the whole sourced market.
Can I see why a lead was rejected?
Yes. The ops screen shows a per-candidate decision with the headline and the reasoning for every accept and reject, with no names. Your own disqualifications feed the same telemetry, so correcting the gate is a data point rather than a deletion.
Section 04
Autonomy and control
Do I approve every message?
No. There is one preview before the motion starts and then automatic sending in Autopilot, with approval available in Supervised mode. Supervised is available per campaign for the case where somebody genuinely has to read the copy first. An agency client, usually, and those held steps are reviewed inside that campaign rather than in a global queue.
Why remove the approval queue?
Because it was a hold rather than a check. The pre-send compliance gate was always the thing standing between a generated message and a person; the queue in front of it asked somebody to re-approve a draft the product had already written from evidence it had already gathered. Queues like that get approved in batches within a fortnight, which is a delay wearing a control's clothes.
What stops an agent saying something false?
A hidden platform prompt layer that nobody can edit away. No invented claims, no implied prior contact, no personal data in notifications, no arguing with the gate. Plus the gate itself, which is not a model call. The database refuses to record a send without a gate verdict and an unsubscribe URL, so a bug fails as a constraint violation rather than as a delivered email.
What can I actually change?
Every agent prompt, every piece of display copy on an agent, the schedule, the model tier, the send policy, the campaign entry rules and the sequence graph. What you cannot change is the hidden layer above your prompt and the gate below it.
Can my own AI assistant drive it?
Yes, over the Model Context Protocol. A token carries the authorising person's own permissions, re-read on every call so a demotion takes effect immediately. Nothing in the tool set can send a message to a prospect.
Section 05
Credits and billing
What is a credit?
Two things, deliberately. Data credits buy facts about a person. A verified address, a company record, an observed reaction. Action credits buy the work: qualifying, writing, sending, and the model turns on the agent screen. Data credits cost $0.01 and action credits $0.0025. You choose the funding split.
What happens when I run out?
Work pauses when its required balance runs out. Add funding anytime after activation. Purchased credits roll over, but the monthly funding commitment still applies. Usage also pauses when a monthly payment is overdue.
Am I charged for things that fail?
No, where the vendor did not charge us. A reveal that found nothing, a cache hit and a search that returned no candidate are all free. An AI call that ran and produced an answer you did not like did happen and is charged.
How does the monthly minimum work?
At least $250 is prepaid each month and fully converted into data and action credits. Unused purchased credits roll over. One-time onboarding is $2,000 or $5,000, agreed with sales, with no separate monthly platform fee.
Will the prices change?
Yes, and we will publish the new table before it takes effect. The current one was built on estimated vendor costs; we have since measured them properly, and a repricing against measured margin is on the roadmap.
Section 06
Risk, compliance and the unflattering answers
Will this get my LinkedIn account restricted?
It might, and the risk lands on you rather than on us. Any LinkedIn automation breaches their user agreement and there is no compliant API. Anyone telling you otherwise is wrong. What we do about it: the age ramp is on by default, discovery is budgeted per sweep rather than greedy, and every limit is yours to lower.
Can I use it for EU prospects?
We serve the US today and say so rather than implying EU readiness. The controller-grade data model is built. Per-field provenance, retention anchored to collection, a per-row gate, two-scope suppression, because it is cheap to keep and a rewrite to retrofit. An EU deployment is a migration and a legal position, and we would rather have that conversation than sell you a checkbox.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. The programme is underway and the security page says where it stands. If you need a signed report today, we are not the right choice this quarter.
Where is my data?
The United States, in us-east-2, chosen explicitly rather than defaulted into. No EU residency, no adequacy decision claimed.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
It will sometimes, and the terms say so plainly: these are AI agents, they make mistakes, and the trade is that good most of the time beats heavily restricted. The failures we engineer against are the irreversible ones. Sending to a suppressed address, sending without an unsubscribe link, continuing after somebody said stop, and each of those is a constraint rather than a prompt.
Can I export everything and leave?
Yes. Contacts export from the grid as CSV in the table's own order, and the export re-imports fully mapped. Manage cancellation from Billing or contact sales. Purchased credits on usage agreements do not expire at month-end; using the workspace requires an active, paid agreement.
If a question is not here, the assistant in the corner has read the whole site, and a person answers support within a day.
Everything above, running on your list
Describe the company, confirm the keywords, connect a channel. The agents take it from there, and Supervised mode is available when you want to review before sending.
Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
