The entry rule is the point of a campaign, not a field on it
What happens when a lead gets high intent used to be hard-coded in three places and editable in none. A campaign is where that becomes a decision you make per motion. Alongside the goal it is measured against, the priority it runs at, the senders it leaves through and the date it ends.

What is actually going on
Every claim below is followed by the mechanism under it, because a claim without a mechanism is a slide.
Autopilot is the default; supervised is the exception
Every campaign runs unattended unless you say otherwise. Supervised is the agency case. A client who insists on reading copy before it goes, and its held steps are reviewed inside that campaign rather than in a global queue.
A campaign references an agent; it is not one
A campaign uses the existing coordinator and specialist roster, with the outbound role owning delivery.
Priority decides who goes first when the cap bites
A daily send cap is a real constraint. Priority is how you say which motion spends it.
Goal is what success is measured against
Booked calls, webinar registrations, replies. The reporting is keyed to the goal you set, not to a single hard-coded funnel.
Step by step
How campaigns runs
- 1
Pick
One or more audiences.
- 2
Attach
One template, and the senders it may leave through.
- 3
Set
Goal, entry rule, priority, review mode, end date.
- 4
Run
Intent fires, the entry rule matches, and the sequence runs, with no queue in front of it.
The numbers
Facts, not adjectives
Every figure here is a real value from the running product. A cadence from the scheduler, a price from the credit table, a limit from the ramp. A marketing page that invents a limit is a support ticket with a delay on it.

Campaigns, honestly
Is there an approvals screen?
No. Anywhere in the product. Review moved into the campaign and stopped being the default. Supervised campaigns hold their steps in their own view.
Can two campaigns use the same audience?
Yes. A contact runs one sequence at a time, and priority decides which campaign gets them.

What to say, in a voice that is yours
Campaigns is one part of it. The rest runs too.
Sourcing, enrichment, intent, copy, sending, replies and reporting are one product with one bill and one gate. Connect a channel and the whole motion starts.
Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
