Glossary
Suppression list
Addresses, domains and profiles that must never be contacted again.
Suppression has to work at two scopes: the workspace, for people who told you specifically, and the platform, for people who should never hear from anyone on the system again. Competitor domains, existing customers and personal addresses usually end up on the first; complaints on the second.
The check has to run at the last possible moment before a send, and also at the moment an address first exists, which for sourced leads is the reveal, not the search.
What GTM does about it
Checked at sourcing where a domain is known, again immediately after every reveal, and again at the gate. Rows require exactly one target, so a contact with both an address and a profile gets two rows.

All termsThe glossary grows out of support questions, so a missing term is usually one nobody has had to ask about yet.
Everything above, running on your list
Describe the company, confirm the keywords, connect a channel. The agents take it from there, and Supervised mode is available when you want to review before sending.
