Personalisation

Writing to a specific person from something specific about them, rather than merging a field into a template.

The merge-field version is not personalisation and recipients have known that for a decade. What works is evidence: something they said, something they published, something their company just did.

The operational problem is that real personalisation does not scale by hand, which is why it is usually abandoned around message eleven.

What GTM does about it

Copy is written the moment a lead enters the queue, from their own cached profile and the signal that warmed them. The hidden platform layer forbids invented claims and implied prior contact, and it is not editable.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
