Every GTM workspace has exactly five specialists and a coordinator, seeded in a fixed order the moment the workspace has a company profile and keywords: GTM Leads finds, GTM Intent qualifies, GTM Outbound writes and sends, GTM Copy rewrites, and GTM QA checks. The order is the motion. Find, qualify, write, send, check, not a ranking.
The coordinator delegates work to the specialist best suited to it. Campaigns reuse these roles.
The coordinator owns the overall goal
The roster is the product's model of a go-to-market team. Each role has a schedule, a toolset, and a boundary: GTM Intent has no send tool at all, GTM QA cannot approve a send, and GTM Outbound is the only agent that can reach a person. Through the compliance gate, like everything else. GTM CEO provides the coordination role, with specialist execution and delivery checks kept separate.
Separation is also what makes the checks mean something. QA measures and names the failing step; GTM Copy rewrites it. A reviewer that fixes what it finds leaves nobody able to say what was wrong, which is the whole reason they are two agents and not one.
Fixed roster, open prompts
Fixed does not mean sealed. Every agent's prompt is editable, and each ships with defaults and a reset. Beneath the editable layer sits a hidden platform layer an operator cannot delete by clearing a textarea: no invented claims, no implied prior contact, no arguing with the pre-send gate. You can change how your team works. You cannot change what it is allowed to do.
