Your deliverability should belong to you

How verified sending subdomains, sender pacing and inbound replies work in GTM.

Start with a sending subdomain

GTM sends email through verified sending domains and sender addresses. Attach a subdomain you control, publish the DNS records shown in settings, and verify it before sending. Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailbox connections are not offered.

The recipient sees the sender address on that domain. Replies arrive through an inbound webhook and appear in the product's inbox. GTM does not place sent messages in a connected Gmail or Outlook Sent folder.

Pacing belongs to each sender

Each sender has its own pacing and age ramp. Domain verification and authentication are setup requirements, not promises of inbox placement. List quality, recipient interest and sending behavior still affect reputation.

Warmup exchanges between your own senders cannot establish reputation at Gmail or Outlook. It is not a cross-provider mailbox warmup network.

Access and cost

Access is by waitlist at trygtm.com/join. Once your seat opens, configure the sending domain and sender before running email outreach. One cold email send costs one action credit; contact reveals use the separate data allowance.

Everything above, running on your list

Describe the company, confirm the keywords, connect a channel. The agents take it from there, and Supervised mode is available when you want to review before sending.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
