Credits

Every metered action, and what it costs

Data credits cost $0.01 each. Action credits cost $0.0025 each. The table below shows the current credit charge for each action. Fund both balances to cover a complete outbound workflow.

Data credits

Facts about a person or a company: a verified address, a phone number, a company record, an observed reaction. $0.010 per credit. Monthly funding and extra funding use the same rate.

30 credits reveals one contact, so 3,000 is 100 people.

Action credits

The work: qualifying, writing, sending, and the model turns on the agent screen. $0.0025 per credit. Monthly funding and extra funding use the same rate.

A domain email send uses 2 action credits. Drafting, qualification and review are separate actions.

Some of these prices still rest on an estimate rather than a measurement, and we are working through them in order of how often each one fires. When a price changes we will say so before it takes effect rather than after.

Where you see it

Usage lives where the work happens

Separate data and action balances, a per-action breakdown for the period, and a funding calculator in Billing. Unused purchased credits roll over.

Questions about the meter

Why does a reveal cost 30 data credits and a domain email 2 action credits?

Data and action credits fund different work at different rates. The data balance buys contact facts, while the action balance buys qualification, drafting, sending and agent work. Both balances matter when planning a complete outbound campaign.

What is the anchor?

A domain email send costs 2 action credits. Qualification, drafting and review are charged separately. Data and action credits are different balances; use the per-action table below to estimate a complete workflow.

Do failed actions cost anything?

A reveal that found nothing, a cache hit, and a search that returned no candidate are all free. You are charged per unit the vendor actually billed for. An AI call that ran and produced an answer you did not like did happen and is charged.

Is warmup traffic metered?

Yes. It is a real send through a real transport, so it is priced like one. Nothing about it is simulated, which is also why it counts against the sending ramp.

Where do I see what I actually spent?

Settings → Usage shows separate data and action balances and a per-action breakdown for the period, read from the same ledger the charges were written to. Every charge carries an idempotency key, so a retry after a timeout cannot bill twice.

Do prices change?

They will, and we will say so before they do. The table below is generated from the running product rather than maintained by hand, so this page cannot quietly fall behind the code.

One preview, then the motion runs

Connect a channel, read the ICP and the first three messages, and the agents are working the list — spending only what the meter on this page says.

Start with sales. $2,000 or $5,000 onboarding, then at least $250 monthly credit funding.
