Terms of Service

These terms govern use of GTM, the product TryGTM operates at trygtm.com and app.trygtm.com. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to them.

TryGTM is the company and the product. The public name on the marketing site is GTM. There is no separate parent brand. We have not published a distinct registered entity name. These terms are offered by TryGTM.

GTM is an outbound agent platform. You connect one or more channels. After you approve one preview — an ICP and the first three messages — agents can find buyers, write messages, send on the channels you connected, handle replies, and work toward booked calls.

Each agent can run fully automatic or require approval before send. That is a per-agent setting, not an account-wide switch.

Agents start only on channels you connected. The first motion is email, LinkedIn (connect and message), and Instagram for inbound and engagement only. Instagram is not a cold-outreach channel.

You must be able to bind your company to these terms. Keep login credentials and connected-account access under your control. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including messages agents send from accounts you connected.

If you invite others, you are responsible for their use.

You connect your own email, LinkedIn, and — if you choose — Instagram accounts. Those platforms have their own terms. You must follow them.

Automation on LinkedIn can restrict or disable the connected account. Email providers can throttle or suspend sending. That risk sits with you, not with TryGTM. We may show a daily cap and a ramp model for LinkedIn. We do not promise that using GTM will keep any connected account in good standing, and we do not cover platform bans, throttling, or lost access.

We do not guarantee that a send will be delivered, opened, or answered.

Do not use GTM to:

• Break the law, including anti-spam and marketing rules that apply to you
• Impersonate someone else
• Bypass a compliance or unsubscribe control
• Attack, scrape, or overload the service
• Send malware or deceptive messages
• Use Instagram for cold direct messages. The other person has to start that conversation. We do not offer a compliant cold-DM path.

You decide who you contact and what you claim in a message. The preview is a check, not a legal review.

We do not guarantee meetings booked, pipeline, reply rate, or revenue. Outbound depends on your offer, your list, deliverability, and the other person's decision.

trygtm.com/join is a waitlist. Submitting it does not create a paid account, a reserved seat, or a right to the product. We decide when to open access. Paid use happens on app.trygtm.com under a subscription.

Paid plans include a usage allowance, expressed as credits. Metered actions consume credits. If you hit the included allowance, agents pause. We do not invoice overage unless you opt in.

Channel connections and extra client workspaces may be billed as separate line items. Current prices are on the pricing section of trygtm.com. We can change prices for later billing periods. We will not rewrite a period you already paid.

If a payment fails, we may suspend sending until it is resolved.

GTM is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free agents, or that generated copy is accurate or non-infringing. Review the preview. Where you leave an agent on approval, review the messages before they go out.

To the extent the law allows, TryGTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, or lost business.

Our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. If you have not paid us, that amount is zero.

Some places do not allow these limits. There, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We are not naming a specific state until a registered entity lives there. Courts in the United States have venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and disconnect your accounts.
